A community to help you become the best MarCom professional you can be is here!
You’re just seconds away from the essential training, advice & support you need to research, plan, execute, and analyze your way to becoming the best MarCom professional you can be.
Stop us if any of this sounds familiar?
- 1Are you required to learn new things at such a fast rate that it gets difficult to continue your professional development when you’re already too busy with your job?
- 2Are you a one-person shop and feel isolated because you're the only one in your school doing this type of work?
- 3You don’t have enough time and/or resources to wade through a long learning curve, and you need the best information fast.
- 4Overwhelmed with the networking opportunities currently available, and you’re looking for quality connections and dialogue.
If it does, then you already know what a minefield it can be trying to get quality professional development & support
That's what inspired me to build this community!
I was frustrated that a MarCom exclusive community didn't exist after talking with fellow MarCom Professionals who were fed up because:
- 1They struggled to find inexpensive and helpful professional development opportunities that are designed exclusively for MarCom professionals.
- 2They felt there are a lack of opportunities to share with other school marketers to learn what is working and what doesn’t work today.
- 3Finally, they were tired of joining associations designed for other professionals and just not feeling like they belonged.
Thankfully, all of that is behind you...

About the Founder of The MarCom Society
Hi, I'm Brendan Schneider, the founder of The MarCom Society.
Over ten years ago I started my blog, SchneiderB.com, in order to help the school MarCom professional. The blog was a place to share my journey, my successes as well as my failures, with the goal of helping all MarCom professionals. In that time, I've written hundreds of blog posts, spoken in front of thousands of school professionals, organized seven VirCon (virtual conferences) and, in total, helped thousands of school MarCom professionals from around the globe.
But it wasn't enough!
I heard time and time again that marketing and communications professionals wanted a community that was created expressly for the MarCom professional.
It was from this desire that my dream for the The MarCom Society was born. It's taken me years to get this idea off the ground and I'm so proud to bring it to you!

Since 1990, Brad has guided the firm as it has invested years of research and field testing, developing and systemising the principles of powerful and effective communication that best support private schools in their quest to deliver on their missions. The result has been the development of a powerful methodology.
